Type Rating and A320 Base Flight
The Type Rating is the qualification that allows a pilot to operate a specific aircraft model, in this case the Airbus A320. The course includes theoretical training, procedure training in an FTD, and practical sessions in an FFS simulator. After the competency check, pilots complete Base Training or Zero Flight-Time Training, depending on their experience. Base training is a mandatory requirement according to EASA and consists of 6 landings and one approach, allowing pilots to gain the real-world experience needed to complete the certification.
- Total cost: 28.250 €
- Base flight A320: 14.500 €
- Base flights are scheduled every month
- A minimum notification period of 2 weeks is required from enrolment to the start date.
